They have more than 58 years in HVAC & R industry and have successfully build up reputation in in the commercial and light industrial (refrigeration), residential and commercial (air-conditioning) as well as oil, marine and gas (refrigeration and air-conditioning) business segments in various industries such as retail, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, hospitality, logistics, food processing and shipping.
- Attending to sales related matters (walk-in customer/credit customer/customer inquiry).
- Consolidate daily sales collection for Counter sales for accounts.
- Bank-In CASH or cheques as and when needed.
- Raise Purchase Requisition for Opex (For office Use/Production Use), Standard Purchase Requisition.
- Internal Stock transfer between HQ and Warehouse.
- Goods Entry from Stock Transfer.
- Good Receipt Entry For GPS/GPAP/RSP/ Drop-off and all Good Receipt Entry.
- Administrative Support for Warehouse Staff as and when needed by Senior Logistics Manager
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, SAP
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
- Team player and able to multi-task
- Willing to learn and can do attitude
- No prior experiences are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Candidate with SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- Willing to work at Jurong
- Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm), Alt Saturday (8.30am to 12.30pm)
